Why is it that whenever I have a complaint about service, they assume it is because I can't pay the bill?
I called Sprint again today because they keep charging me for service that is included in my plan. No big deal, but it is getting old having to call every month. So when I called the store in Michigan that we got the phones through, instead of listening to the real issue (Sprint charging me for something included in my service agreement so I need a credit) she tried to give me the number to the finance department because "they are the only ones who can make payment arrangements." Um... what?
I guess in all fairness, some people do complain about things because they can't pay for them. It just bothers me that it is always the first assumption.
Just like at Wal-Mart... I am sure people steal baby formula, but should everyone have to wait in line to get formula that is kept under lock and key? Sure, people walk out with things all the time but does that mean that I should have to stop and show my receipt every time I leave the store?
I guess the bigger question is why do I always have this kind of luck with companies? Why can't I just walk in to a store and sign up for a cell phone plan? I guess I am just lucky that way.
